Conduct blind ARV trials
in minutes

SoloARV runs the complete Associative Remote Viewing protocol — blind target selection, guided tasking, and AI judging — directly in your browser. No servers. No accounts. No setup beyond an API key.

Everything the protocol requires,
for one person to conduct a trial

🎯

Truly blind

Target photos are real (not AI generated) and selected randomly. The assignment to outcomes is encrypted with AES-GCM-128. You never see either image until feedback.

🤖

AI judging

Claude compares your sketch or transcript against both target photographs and returns a scored verdict — no human bias, no peeking.

🔒

Fully private

All trial data stays on your device in chrome.storage.local. No analytics, no telemetry. The only network call is your judging request to Anthropic.

📸

800 target photos

A curated pool of real, unique photographs — landscapes, objects, scenes, textures. Each revealed image is retired so it's never reused for your profile.

🎙

Voice tasking prompt

A spoken prompt guides you into the session and sets your mental time coordinate, as you instruct when you set up your trial — just like a traditional ARV facilitator would.

📊

Trial history

Every completed trial is logged locally. Review your hit rate, download a record of any trial, and track your accuracy over time.

What is Associative Remote Viewing?

ARV is a structured protocol that uses a viewer's intuitive impressions to predict binary outcomes — two-candidate election, market moves, sporting event, any question with two distinct answers.

Instead of asking "Will the Red Sox beat the Yankees?", you assign a photograph to each outcome, then, when prompted, sketch and describe whatever image comes to mind. The sketch is matched to the photos — not the question — keeping your conscious mind out of the way.

1

Assign

Two photos are randomly assigned to Outcome A and Outcome B — kept hidden from the viewer.

2

Sketch

The viewer sketches their first impression of the photo they'll be shown at feedback time.

3

Judge

An AI compares the sketch to both photos and decides which is the stronger match.

4

Predict

The matched photo reveals its assigned outcome — that's SoloARV's prediction.

Russell Targ, who co-developed ARV at SRI International, explains the protocol in under six minutes.

From question to prediction in seven easy steps

1

Setup

You tell SoloARV what event you're predicting, name your two outcomes (e.g. "up" / "down"), and choose your feedback time — the moment you'll return to see what happened.

2

Assign

SoloARV selects two real, unique target photos from its pool and assigns one to each outcome. The mapping is encrypted with AES-GCM-128 — even the extension's own code can't read it until you enter feedback.

3

Prompt

A spoken voice prompt guides you into the session and sets your mental time coordinate to the feedback moment you chose — just like a traditional ARV facilitator would.

4

Sketch transcript

Sketch your first impression on the canvas, or upload a photo of a hand-drawn sketch or photos of your multi-page transcript (include any sensory notes: shapes, colors, feelings, etc.).

5

AI judging

Claude receives your sketch, your notes, and both target photos. It compares them and returns a match score (1–3) and assigns the outcome aligning with your image (or notes as N/A if neither image has enough resonance with your view). It typically completes the judging in under 30 seconds.

6

Prediction

Once judging is complete, SoloARV tells you which outcome your image predicts, and how confident the signal is. The target images stay hidden so you can't second-guess your wager.

7

Feedback

After the event resolves, return for feedback (feedback is critical to the process). Tell SoloARV what actually happened — it reveals the winning image (your feedback) and scores your trial as HIT or MISS.
